ph33me Terms and Conditions for PH Players

1Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to ph33me. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and ph33me ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform"). By accessing or using the ph33me website, mobile platform, or any related services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using ph33me immediately and must not register an account. We recommend saving or printing a copy of these Terms for your personal records. These Terms apply to all players based in the Philippines and are written in compliance with applicable Philippine laws and gaming regulations.

ph33me reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically. Continued use of ph33me after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to register and play on ph33me. This is a hard requirement under Philippine gaming law. ph33me strictly enforces this rule and will verify your age during account registration and at the time of withdrawal. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, and any funds in the account will be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

2.2 Jurisdiction

ph33me is designed and operated for players in the Philippines. You represent and warrant that it is legal for you to use online betting services under the laws of your location. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether you are permitted to use ph33me based on where you are located at the time of play.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each person is allowed to hold only one (1) active ph33me account. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, to circumvent limits, or for any other reason is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any winnings generated through them may be voided.

2.4 Accurate Information

When you register, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a working email address. ph33me will use this information to verify your identity and process payments. Providing false information during registration is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.

3Account Responsibilities

Your ph33me account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any other person, and you must not allow others to use your account to place bets on your behalf.

• You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it.
• If you suspect that someone has gained unauthorised access to your account, you must notify ph33me support immediately at support@ph33me.com.
• ph33me will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to keep your login details secure.
• You must keep your registered contact details — email address and mobile number — current at all times so we can reach you regarding account activity.

3.1 Account Verification (KYC)

ph33me is required to perform Know Your Customer (KYC) checks on all accounts. Before your first withdrawal or when triggered by a compliance review, you will be asked to submit a copy of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys national ID, passport, driver's licence, or SSS/GSIS card), a selfie with the ID, and proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot showing your GCash or Maya account linked to your registered mobile number). Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ph33me supports the following Philippine payment channels for both deposits and withdrawals:

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. ph33me does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted during business hours are typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours for e-wallet methods (GCash, Maya, GrabPay). Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet may take up to one banking day. ph33me aims to process all verified withdrawal requests as fast as possible. Withdrawals may be delayed if your account has not completed KYC, if your account is under a security review, or if you have an active bonus with unmet wagering requirements.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on ph33me are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱, PHP). Amounts displayed on the platform are in PHP unless otherwise stated.

5Bonuses & Promotions

ph33me offers a range of promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and event-specific offers. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which will be published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active. The following general rules apply to all ph33me bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be met before a withdrawal can be requested. The specific turnover multiplier will be stated in each promotion's terms.
• ph33me reserves the right to void bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play if we determine that the promotion was abused, exploited, or claimed fraudulently.
• Bonus offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.

6Betting Rules

All bets placed on ph33me are subject to the rules of the specific game or sporting event concerned. It is the player's responsibility to understand the rules of any game or market before placing a bet. The following general betting rules apply across all products on ph33me:

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not considered accepted until it is confirmed by the ph33me system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets placed during system downtime, network interruption, or within restricted periods may be voided at ph33me's discretion.

6.2 Errors & Palpable Mistakes

In the event that a bet is accepted due to an obvious error in odds — such as a clearly incorrect price caused by a technical or human error — ph33me reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's account. This includes situations where a live odds feed produces prices that are clearly inconsistent with market value.

6.3 Live Betting

During live (in-play) betting, odds may be suspended or changed at any time. Bets submitted during a suspension will be queued and either accepted or rejected once the suspension is lifted, based on current available odds. ph33me is not liable for missed opportunities due to odds suspension during live events.

6.4 Winnings Settlement

Winnings are credited to your ph33me account balance as soon as the relevant event result is confirmed and settled. For sports betting, settlement is based on official results from the governing body of the relevant sport. ph33me strives to settle all markets within 24 hours of the event conclusion.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ph33me. Engaging in any of these actions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bet pricing.
• Match fixing, sports integrity violations, or placing bets based on insider information.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus offers more than once.
• Using someone else's payment method to fund your account without their verifiable written consent.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate transaction made on ph33me.
• Engaging in money laundering or using ph33me to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, location, or any other personal information during registration or KYC.

ph33me cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Any suspected illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities, and player account information may be disclosed as required by law.

8Privacy & Data

ph33me collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on ph33me, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal data as described in that policy.

We collect the information you provide during registration, verification, and customer support interactions. This includes your name, contact details, government ID information, payment details, and your activity on the platform. We use this data to operate your account, process payments, comply with legal obligations, and improve our services.

Nothing in these Terms limits ph33me's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

11Changes to Terms & Contact

ph33me reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
